These adult multivitamin gummies are pretty good overall. They’re soft and easy to chew, which makes taking them a breeze. The texture is pleasant, not too sticky or hard. However, they are a little sour, which might be a surprise if you’re expecting them to be completely sweet. Personally, I don’t mind the slight tanginess, but if you prefer sweeter gummies, you might find these a bit tart. The flavors are decent though, and they don’t leave a strange aftertaste. Each gummy provides a good variety of vitamins and minerals, which is important for daily health support. I’ve been taking them for a while now and feel they contribute positively to my overall well-being. The packaging is convenient and easy to store, keeping the gummies fresh. Overall, despite the slight sourness, I find these multivitamin gummies to be effective and easy to incorporate into my daily routine.

They are vitamins. I don’t experience nasua with these like I would with other providers. Especially the 1 a day pills. As an aside they are actually extremely tasty, and they are soft which helps them dissolve rather quickly in the mouth. However this fragility comes with a responsibilty. They are extremely heat sensitive. Avoid leaving them in a hot car, or near a stove that finds constant use. They will melt together. Not exactly ideal. Keep them stored in a cool dark place.

These vitamins if you want your nails and hair to grow your skin to look good I would highly suggest these vitamins you get so many things and it’s just fantastic it’s off the map thanks Amazon they smell good they taste good but they’re gummies easy to take I mean you couldn’t ask for more I really believe the quality is fantastic I would highly recommend this to anyone

I take 2 every night before I go to bed. Nice berry flavor and I find I don’t forget to take because I like them and they are easy to grab and eat. No water needed. I have had trouble with vitamins in the past sometimes making me a bit dizzy which is why I take before bed. Don’t seem to have a problem with these. They don’t cause stomach upset for me either. Might mean they aren’t as strong as other tableted vitamins but they are working for me so far. First time I’ve kept up with taking vitamins daily. I will buy again.

These vitamins are less concentrated than major brands which can be a good thing as your body will only absorb so much at once. Take them once in the morning, then again in the evening for the best absorption.

Very good taste and the texture isn’t quite like gummy bears, but it is more like a soft cheese texture, but with a really great fruity taste.
