You can really get lost in the world of supplements. I started my journey with AG1 because I like the ease. After one workout, though, I realize they had no recovery properties at all. Did a little more research switched to Animal and some cheaper daily greens. Not only did I notice these working and got the fastest results Ive see but so has everyone else lol(one person even asked If I was on steroids). Gonna start my cycle of stak tomorrow, after that move to cuts for a few months. I can say for a fact that animal packs seem to really impact your body through nutrition and the price point is reasonable! And even better way to look at how great theses pills are is how would I replace these? They are 3rd party tested and the company has a long history of trust. If I bought pills online and made these myself I would spend a lot of time and not be able to trust the product as much(probably would cost more too).

I’ve been taking one pack of animal multivitamins everyday for 3 years now almost. I notice a lot of energy, better moods, healthy metabolism and a lot of other things. At first it’s a lot of pills but you get use to it. I take half the daily recommended. They are worth the money.

This product is jam packed with goodness. It can make you hyper, so starting with a lower does and work your way up to full dose. If I take the full dose it makes me jittery and I can’t sleep even if I take it in the morning. But it elevates the mood makes you feel great, and chases fatigue away. I LOVE IT!! Worth every penny!

Would be nice if they would update the ingredients to include a 300-600mg Ashwagandha dosage but as it sits now, it seems decent. I think with vitamins you need to be on them for a some-what lengthy time (60 days? idk) to see effects, so I can’t talk about anything feeling different as of yet.To people complaining about relieving their bladder in highlighter colors, yes, that’s what vitamins do when they’re not absorbed.

I love these vitamins and how they come in packs. Makes it so much more simple than having a bunch of different bottles. I don’t have any side effects from them and they don’t make me feel more energized like some reviews have said. I needed a daily multivitamin and I will continue to take these!
