It melts in your mouth. It takes a bit of time. But it does its job with a not so horrible taste. I’ve have much worse. I’d buy these again. I have bought them for several months now. Unless I find a new flavor that kicks this ones butt, I will prolly buy them again next month. Who are we kidding.

Easy to chew and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. These vitamins are great because I had the gastric sleeve done and I have been trying to find vitamins that is easy to digest and won’t upset my stomach. It is a great price as well. I will purchase again

I was skeptical because of the reviews stating a chalky aftertaste but glad I gave it a try. I suppose they are a little bit chalky and the aftertaste lingers but it’s not harsh. Nothing a few glasses of water won’t wash away. They definitely remind me of the flintstone vitamins I took as a child.I would have to say the worst thing about them is the burps. Those taste pretty gross but still so worth it! 🙂

Dissolves quickly, not chalky like I was expecting! Plus they taste amazing i purchased these and two other products from them and they all had a great taste! Recommend to anyone who struggles swallowing their vitamins or keeping them down after surgery! I am 9 month post op and I have been using these supplements for about 8 months and I have had no issues and my lab work has been completely normal! For those wondering if you truly get what you’re needing from them… YES YOU ARE GETTING ALL THE VITAMINS YOU NEED!

I hate chewable vitamins. Did not enjoy the Bariatric advantage ones my office gave me as a sample and when I saw the price I wasn’t too excited. Found these on Amazon last minute, figured I’d give them a try while I was on liquid phase and if I didn’t like them could just try something else’s since they were 20 bucks and contain iron, which I need because I have gone anemic in the past. I can feel when my iron gets low because I have the urge to either chew ice or ferally sink my teeth into a bloody steak. On day 3 post op I started having that malnourished anemic ravenous feeling since I’ve been on liquids only and knew my body needed vitamins. I took two together at night because I was feeling depleted and having cravings for meat which I can’t eat right now. They honestly tasted great which I was surprised at. Maybe it’s because I’m so hungry, but I was expecting them to be awful. They are a bit chalky obviously but also a bit creamy once you chew them up and have a pleasant kiwi, berry and maybe even a hint of banana flavour? I got the natural fruit flavoured ones. When I woke up that horrid depleted anemic feeling was gone so I know they work! I honestly might stick with these even when I’m out of liquid phase. Definitely recommend!

I really like this formulation because it’s designed to eliminate any deficiencies you have after bariatric surgery. And there are different formulations depending on the type of bariatric surgery you had – all based on research. So it’s a really great effective product. In order to make sure I absorb it totally, I break it in half and put one piece under each side of my tongue, and it tastes really good.

I had gastric sleeve in April 2022 and these multivitamins have been recommended to me by my surgeon and dietitian. Still using them in September 2024.

I have tried everything. These were recommended to me so I reluctantly tried them. Assuming I would be wasting my money AGAIN. However, they are AMAZING! The flavor is so good. I was nervous I wouldn’t like the melting in your mouth thing, but that doesn’t bother me either. I have definitely found my favorite vitamin!!!
