This is the best woman’s vitamin I have ever tried that’s under 15$ and still good. tastes a bit like spices and herbs, sounds strange but in a good way. I recommend these for woman who are looking for a way to be healthier and for nail growth, so if you are overwhelmed choosing what affordable vitamin to take this is a great choice. I also take an omega 3 supplement in a lemon flavor and a high potency Vitamin D because I tend to run low on VD, and this improves mood especially during the winter months when we get less sunlight. I am 40 years old and with no major health issues and my regime works well together, also magnesium is good for depression, helps promote sleep and regularity (for constipation issues, it’s a natural way to ease this) I will certainly be buying more of these

My fingernails were so brittle I kept them super short. Since I started taking these capsules just two months ago they are thick and strong. I recommend this product for any age but especially for older women like me who had given up on ever having pretty fingernails again.

After taking these vitamins for about two months I’ve noticed that my nails grow fast and my hair had grown a lot and has more volume. On the downside they make me really hungry if I take them in the morning. The bottle says to take 2 daily but I only take one a day, and that works for me.

First of all, they smell and the taste or should I say Aroma, once you put these pills in your mouth, isn’t too pleasing. If you can pass that, with like a sip of Gatorade or something with flavor, you’re good to go! See I’m OG so, I can down these with Water. Anyways, these DO work! When I finally laid my finger, on the fact I am going through Pre Menopause, I searched and searched for something, Natural because I’ve heard nasty things about taking Metformin, from the doctors office and I absolutely am not a fan, of Pharmaceuticals. I love Natural Supplements. I looked up the symptoms I was having and I was reading about Vitamin B, being a main factor, for helping with Pre Menopause and I came across these. The symptoms I’ve had, subsided, but not completely with night sweats. I’m ok with that. I know I’m not as tired. Also it depends on the person and how their body works with these pills. I was skeptical at first, but I gave it try.

It’s tasteless capsule supplement easy to swallow. And it doesn’t have smell at all . It’s seal tightly. I take it 2 capsules daily. Very easy to use. This is essential nutrients.
