    I am not one who normally takes vitamins. But as I have gotten older, I needed to find new ways to keep up my active life. I always have been suggested to take vitamins, but I never thought I needed them. I finally caved in and started taking them. As suggested, I have been taking 3 pills a day. And I can actually say after a couple of weeks of using them, I have noticed by the end of the day I have still been full of energy. I also noticed I am more attentive throughout the day.I actually take these vitamin pills in a number of ways. First the easiest way is just swallow them. The outside capsule actually has a sweeter taste, so it is not terrible to place in your mouth. I also open them up and poor them into a drink. It is pretty easy to slide them open, so it makes it a little easier.The shipping was VERY fast. I ordered it in the afternoon and it was at my house the next morning. So if I forget to order before I am empty, I do not have to worry about missing any days.The containers came well sealed, so I was not worried about them when I opened them up. There was a desiccant package inside the containers, so you do not have to worry about freshness.Overall if you are looking at the endless list of vitamins, you will not go wrong with these vitamins. Give them a try, you will not regret it. And you will get your daily amount of vitamins to stay healthy.
