This is my second bottle of Vitafusion Womens Multivitamin Gummies. They not only taste great, but they seem to work well. I noticed that my nails hardened and grew quickly before completing the first bottle. The biotin content helps. My nails are sometimes soft and pliable unless I use supplements, especially in the winter time. The bottle warns us not to take more than the recommended dosage because the gummies contain a higher percentage of vitamins than listed to remain efficacy over time.

I have been ordering these multivitamin gummies from Vitafusion for a good while. I do not like to take pills so the gummies are preferred. The taste is great and I do believe they provide me the proper nutritional support I need from a multivitamin. For reference, I am a healthy, athletic, and highly-active 51 year old female.
