I must admit, I was very certain that since this is a ‘natural’ product & not a actual RX/medication, that it wouldn’t work or be effective, and boy was I wrong! I really like it. However, on the 1st day, I did follow the instructions and took 1 drop a day but I didn’t notice any change…I actually went back to sleep. So the next day I took 2-3 drops and that done the trick! I would NOT advise to you to do what I did without consulting your doctor, pharmacist, or reaching out to the company itself. I was a bit nervous about the taste. I didn’t know if it would taste awful like Robitussin or something, but it DIDN’T! It has a very light pleasant taste. It tastes like watered down juice. I took it in the am on an empty stomach. I would say I noticed it’s effect in 45 minutes. It’s safe to take daily. I don’t get any side effects with the amount of drops I may take or ‘crash’ or have shaky hands, erratic heartbeat, and swollen ankles like I would after 2 energy drinks or coffee. Overall, I really love this product and how it gives a boost of energy, especially since it’s able to be bought without any type of prescription. I definitely plan on purchasing again before I run out.

this product gave me the energy i was needing! coffee wasn’t doing the trick anymore, the crash was making me even more exhausted but this B12 is doing the job. its as good as getting a B12 shot. no side effects for me.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using B12 for about a week! Only few drops at a time. First i want to say that i love the packaging. Love the quality of the flavor and how simple it is to use. Best way for me to use it is in smoothies, drinks, etc. Ever since i got this B12 i learned so much about it. I have never taken B12 before! Normally i get it just through food! I am giving it 5 stars. I have noticed myself having more energy! Def worth the money! Have not seen any bad effect on skin!
