This works, but…
I didn’t have crazy expectations about this product, but I wasn’t expecting the results I got after just one serving.I’ve been feeling very depressed for years, sometimes it gets so bad that I just start to give up on everything, and start thinking on what’s even the point on being alive, social anxiety is really bad, and I become very paranoid easily. I decided to get something that could help me, I heard about 5-htp and other things that can help, but in the end I opted for this “Olly” brand supplement since it includes a variety of ingredients that help fight negative states of mind, and I have to say this mind blowing, I never thought that you could actually feel good and happy by just being yourself and doing the things you usually do everyday, (is this how normal people feel?). For me specifically, it started working a minute after ingested since I am very susceptible to substances, and that one serving has surprisingly lasted for 2 days!This works, but it all comes down to how your body composition reacts and what it actually needs, I read some reviews and many people experience different reactions over different time periods, but overall the majority of people were able to benefit from this, me included. So I would definitely recommend trying it out, is not too expensive and it could only benefit you.

I’m going to choose to believe it works
I’ve tried other products similar to this one but this is the only one I’ve taken and bought multiple times that I feel like it actually works. Sometimes I get anxious or overly stressed right before I sleep for some reason and these with a cup of cold water just helps me calm down and take a breather. Idk if it’s placebo but I’ll choose to believe it because it works for me when I need it

Can’t open the container
I gave a 5 star review because the product was shipped and received very fast. Next day in fact. So that’s a plus. But I have no idea how they work because, although they were delivered at 9AM, at 1PM I still haven’t found a way to breach the bottle. I’ve used knives, forks, screw drivers, anything I could find to try to open the lid but it is simply immovable. Hell, I brought it out to the garage and put it in a vice trying to get it open with no success. I have a friend who is a welder and he is coming over after work with an acetylene torch to help me get the lid off. So, well see how it goes from there.

Excellent product, poor packaging choices.
Nice herbal compound, really does help with mood, seemingly no side effects or issues. But the package, which looks like a huge Tic-Tac dispenser has a weird learning curve to open the first time, will be the one odd-ball in your supplement area/tray, and then is way too attractive (insecure) around children (and, let’s face: it for all appearances, the capsules look like tiny jelly beans!) Try the product, but if you’ve got children in the house, put it way out of reach. Let’s hope the company gets that message before somebody gets hurt. Put them in a standard vitamin/supplement bottle (no child-resistant top (we hate that hassle every day, but at least make it necessary to unscrew the top – the current design doesn’t even have that level of security) and you’ll have a winner all the way.

Dear Olly, please fix this awful cap situation. Packaging awful, product great.I have anxiety and stress and can’t sleep very well at night sometimes. So if I take two of these, they make me sleepy so I take them at night. If you’re sensitive to supplements or meds, like me… these may cause drowsiness.

Great product, horrible packaging
I suppose its intended to make it childproof, but the lid on the bottle is horrible. Its as though an entire division of people got together and asked the question “How hard can we make a medication lid?”If you don’t just cut the plastic overwrap from the very top of the lid, the lid will pop off while you’re trying to open it. If you then hold it so that won’t happen, you’ll scrape the skin off the back of your thumb on the sharp edge while trying to get a nail under the teeny little bump that you push on to get the lid to open.At this point, you’re neither calm or relaxed and you need two of them.On top of that, there’s a giant opening in the bottle, so you’ll get 3-5 of them every single time. So I just pull the entire lid off and its easy to get just one out. They’re all about to get relocated into a ziploc bag.Lastly, these folks make a ton of gummies. This isn’t a gummy. Its a capsule filled with not particularly tasty liquid. That got me the first time.

My secret chill pill
I love these pills. They work very quickly! I am a mother of 3 & a wife. I have a LOT on my plate and this helps me SO much!!!I was going out of town away from my family and had a full on panic attack.. I couldn’t breathe and took these pills. In less than 15 minutes I was breathing and left the house in somewhat peace. 10/10 recommend these to anybody. I carry them in my purse in case someone ever wants to try it!

works great
I take one of these on days where I’m feeling anxious. The dose is 2, but I find that one just takes the edge off without making me tired. 2 definitely works, but as I said they make me a little tired. I like that they are all natural, and I haven’t needed anything stronger with a prescription because of this.

Not as good as a benzo but pretty darn good. I like that it’s all natural and not habit forming. Also as far as the comments about opening the lid, if you use a small and sharp pair of scissors to remove the plastic and then puncture the foil on the inside, it’s fine to open thereafter.

If you asked me on the first day I took this, I would have told you it was amazing. Every other day after, I’m not sure it works the way I wanted. Too good to be true maybe? Maybe I needed to take it longer for it to build up in my system? Not sure but also not willing to buy a second bottle to find out.

My honest opinion is I can’t really tell if these are working. This could be because I am under a lot of stress with work and my personal life. This will be my third month. I will keep taking them for a few more months to see if I notice a difference. Stay tuned for my 2nd review.

Definitely helped me under stressful times
Was working outside of my hometown for 3 weeks, if that was not stressful enough, work is like 12hr days, it pays well but also made me so stressed out. Also at same time, things happened at home which just added extra stress. I felt so depressed and I had hard time to fall asleep, even when I fell asleep, I wake up easy and couldn’t go back to sleep. So I was searching for stress relief on amazon and found this. It is funny because for some reason I started to see GABA in my social network and news app, I thought I would never try it…but…this product seems like it has the better review and purchase numbers, so I purchased it. (job paid well so I didn’t really care how much it cost). I can tell it worked the first night, usually it takes me like at least an hour to fall asleep and this one, I took it and in about 30mins I feel like ok I’m falling asleep. It’s not like it is forcing you to sleep, but it made me feel ready to fall asleep if that makes sense. I am not sure how it managed the stress level, because I do still feel stressed and anxious at times, but because of the better sleep quality I def. felt better and I think I will keep using it. I can sleep through the night without really waking up and can’t go back to sleep. Also it doesn’t make me dizzy or tired the next day.

It works, but I’m uncertain about them
I’d honestly give these a 3.5 if I really could. I can say they work, for me at least. I have a weird and annoying anxiety when I get around to playing dnd, never been able to pin it exactly. And I used the gummies previously to help mitigate it. I figured since I was gonna get more, I’d try these and see how they’d fair. Like mentioned, they did indeed work. But afterwards several hours later I felt calm, and odd, for the rest of the night. Coming into the next day now, I felt lethargic on top of that, and just….off. Can’t explain it. I’d say take these at your own discretion. I’m uncertain if I’m going to continue the ultra strength ones to be honest.

These vitamins pack a mighty punch. They work wonders and help me throughout the day. I take one in the morning and one at night to maintain my stress levels throughout the day. The only thing is that if you are also taking hair vitamins to combat shedding, this product along with the hair vitamins will not work well together. Otherwise it’s a great product.

Struggle With Sleep? These WORK!
I come from a long family line of poor sleepers. In addition to falling asleep, I also have problems staying asleep. And oh yeah, I’m in that phase of female life where hormone changes don’t make it any easier. I took small dose melatonin for years which was great for falling asleep but not staying asleep. I added valerian root which was great but that sometimes made me groggy. My Dr. wanted to put me on a prescription but the potential side affects made me nervous. Wanting to get off the melatonin and valerian root to find something that worked without making me groggy I tried a few sleep teas with no luck. Stumbled across this and after I checked on the ingredients (and their purpose/uses) via google, decided what the heck, why not? Success!! These guys definitely work! I fall asleep, stay asleep and am not groggy the morning after. I take one about an hour before bed. I’ve never needed to take two, one does the trick.

Helped me be more active
For a number of years I’ve suffered from what to used to be known as spastic colon, i.e., anxiety induced diarrhea. Traveling was a major trigger for me as was being in large crowds. I’ve tried everything. Antidepressants, anti-anxiety pills, meditation, even considered renting an RV and taking a bathroom with me. None of the prescription drugs worked and the RV idea made little sense. I had some luck with Kava Kava, but it made me loopy. Peppermint oil helps but doesn’t calm your anxiety. It just calms the intestinal tract. L-theanine did a good job for me but started to lose it’s effectiveness over time. I saw this product on Amazon, read some reviews and thought I’d try it. I can say without a doubt it is the best thing yet. I take one of the Ultra Stress and a dropper full of peppermint oil an hour or so before I take off and I’m golden. Do I still worry some when I go out, after dealing with the issue for over 40 years, yeah, but I’ve had no issues since I’ve started taking the Ultra Stress. Is it for everybody, I don’t know, but it works for me.

I’m not sure how to feel
Honestly – I purchased these for our international trip to Japan. I knew that I had terrible anxiety leading up to our trip. Between college, work, and prepping for our trip I was a mess. I also had never flown for longer than 2 hours before and to top that, we had plans to visit tourist spots that involved heights. I am terrified of heights. I purchased this, thinking it couldn’t hurt to give it a shot. I experienced my fair share of “high up” places, during out trip. But I can’t say for sure if I was calmer because I was simply enjoying myself, or if it was the result of the OLLY Softgels. I still definitely experienced moments of fear – on a rope lift in Hakone, my hands were shaking and I was sweating still. Would I have been even worse off if I hadn’t taken the supplements that morning? I’m not sure. I’d like to say that, even if just as a placebo, I felt more confident about the situations I was about to go in to at least. Worth a shot for the price.

HELPED EASE MY ANXIETY VERY QUICKLY AND SLEEP
Okay so I’ve only just tried this product once but that one time worked like a charm! I get stressed and anxious easily, especially when I’m exhausted. And I was exhausted last night. Body sore, brain won’t shut up cuz I have a lot to do, and I needed to wake up early for work the next morning so I’m stressing out lord cuz I’m not able to sleep lol. It was a mess. But I remembered I had these! So I popped one and instantly I started feeling calmer. The bottle says it works about 30-60mins in and they’re right, it’s definitely fast-acting. A peace came over me so quickly and I was finally able to just quiet my brain and sleep! I’ve never had something soothe my anxiety so quickly and so fully. Usually it’s feeling less stressed or something but no, was completely calmed. I’ll update my review as time goes on but this being my first time using it, I’m thoroughly impressed.

BE CAREFUL
I am giving these 3 stars because for the month and a half I took them, they were amazing and helped my stress levels so much. HOWEVER – when I had a blood test done at my primary care appointment, my liver enzymes came back elevated. We thought it was maybe taking too much Tylenol (chronic migraines) and I went a week with no Tylenol to test my levels. They came back even higher. We decided to remove this vitamin from my regiment and 2 weeks later my levels were normal. I write this to say PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful with what supplements you take, make sure you check with your doctor about any supplements you take, and if you are taking this, MONITOR YOUR LIVER ENZYMES. I had never had elevated liver enzymes until taking this vitamin. Which stinks, because it helped my mood so much. But, I’d rather keep my liver healthy and find other ways to manage my mood.

April: I wanted this product for the ashwanganda , it was nice to see its mg is the same if you got a simple bottle of it but this product comes with other good ingredients! The pills are a good size as you can see from the size example . The product was sealed and only cosmetic damaged was a cut but the product was thankfully intact and sealed still so definitely watch for this . The pills had no flavor . I’m hoping this product was like their libido supplement because that one worked wonders and sadly I cannot get it anymore . I’ll come back ( in a month) and comment again when I do or don’t see resultsJuly: I’m back for a true review of if the product works or not ! This product is good but, takes time to see a difference and I recommend taking it night and day ( 2x a day ) to get enough ashwaganda mg to see a difference! Definitely get this product if you have the spending money to try new things or there is a current sale going on !

Not Sure I Saw A Difference?
So I tried these pills out due to the reviews I’ve read on the marketplace. The folks were saying that this was a good product so I figured I’d try it out. I grabbed these I want to say about three weeks ago-and I started taking two in the daytime and then 1 at night for a supposed restful sleep. I can’t say that I’ve noticed much of a difference when it comes to stress-granted the product is easy to swallow. Doesn’t have a bad taste, decent value, but was expecting a little bit more from this company —-not impressed. If you have a little extra money to spend then sure why not otherwise I’m not recommending at this time.

I’m unsure if it works well for me, specifically. I wanted it to for sure and this was my first time dabbling in the “designer vitamin” world. I have ADHD (diagnosed at least), PTSD and everything in the world that could possible thrive off of those two conditions. It’s a disaster all the time so I sought peace in a more “natural” method with this. Maybe if it’s taken frequently, there’s some clearer benefit but taking it ~as needed~ kinda dulls me out a bit but it’s nothing different from a up of tea or the like.I’m happy it works for so many but bummed it’s money out the window for me.*They ARE easy to swallow gel caps, not monstrous and don’t have any bad flavoring/aftertaste that I can tell. That’s really nice!

Packaging was testing my patience!
Product I like, helps my tension headaches go away.New packaging on the other hand, 0% stress friendly. You have to remove a plastic seal from the whole bottle, to then remove the cap, to remove the foil seal from the bottle. All of that is fine, until I realized that the excess foil served as a tightening layer for the cap and every time I tried to open the dispenser, THE WHOLE CAP CAME OFF. I wouldn’t see a problem, if I wasn’t used to tilt the bottle, to dispense the capsule in the top holder, which would then make all of the capsules spill to the floor. Additionally, I was attempting this during a stressful time of my day, so I ended up throwing the bottle and putting the capsules in a different recipient.Hope you don’t have to go through this, other than that, it does calm me down.

Didn’t think it would work…as well as it does.
I was skeptical about buying this product. Generally speaking I don’t understand the science behind why this does what it does. That being said, it actually works for me. About 20-30 min after taking one-two pills I feel an overall state of calmness. I now take on in the morning and one after work and have been feeling much more relaxed and less anxiety throughout the day. I will be purchasing again. I gave 4/5 stars though bc it doesn’t seem to always work as well every time, but still works.

I’m shocked how well these work. I was going on a vacation and I take THC gummies when I want to relax but couldn’t because I was going out of the country. I needed an alternative to help with my anxiety and tension headaches and I came across these Olly Ultra Goodbye Stress Pills (60ct). I wasn’t sure if they were going to work but I was pleasantly surprised that they work so well I prefer to use these pills daily rather than THC gummies. These pills have natural ingredients and they calm me way quicker than THC gummies and do not have the negative after effects that I didn’t enjoy with THC gummies (the over eating, sluggishness and drowsiness) These pills really just chill me out and I have no more tension headaches and I’m able to handle more stressful situations which has helped me in my personal and professional life. Like now I can focus and have clear thoughts without anxiety and stress. I take these everyday with my vitamin supplements and I’m so happy that I have found these. 🙌🌅

Helpful
First, I have panic disorder and major depression that I take medication for. I bought these just to see if they would help take the edge off a bit. These aren’t going to eliminate your stress or help stop a panic attack as well as prescription meds, but I have noticed a really pleasant leveling in my mood and that I’m feeling more positive and relaxed. I’ve handled stressful situations a lot better and feel more mellow. They also help me relax a bit at night. They work, but don’t expect a cure-all miracle. I’ll buy them again because I do think they’re helpful. I got the pill version, because I didn’t trust gummy delivery in the summer time, and they have a bit of a funky taste but nothing unbearable.

Give it time!
Any natural remedy like this takes a full 2 weeks before you really feel it. Take it consistently! After a stressful event I bought these to calm my stress and reactions and it took a few weeks but I was calmer. I stopped for about 4 days and immediately noticed the difference and almost became depressed! I take these daily now and my outlook is so positive. Give it a few weeks.

Helps me so much
At first i didn’t think this was doing anything cause i thought i would notice something or feel something different. But then i realized it stopped my heart from racing. I get pretty bad anxiety and when my heart starts racing it spirals and makes everything worse and last longer. I still have the thoughts and worries but since my heart doesn’t race and i don’t panic I’m able to move on quicker and not let things bother me as much. Works pretty quick too 15-30 minutes and i feel better.

I feel weird.
I will start off by saying I have anxiety but I’m not taking any meds for it, prescribed or herbal like ashwaganda… the most I’ve done for my anxiety is have a glass of wine at night. I decided my anxiety was becoming too much for me lately and wanted to try something natural before seeking a doctor’s help -mom of two, 2 and under and going to school 😵💫•About an hour after taking the pills, I noticed a calm feeling, which was nice.•Two hours after, it was a bit more intense, I checked the label to make sure there wasn’t cbd oil in it because I was feeling *real* relaxed.Because I’m not used to taking anything, I think I’ll cut the dosage in half next time. Some have reviewed that they’re used to taking much higher dosages of these supplements so maybe this wouldn’t affect them like me. I also took it close to bedtime and I’m tired so maybe the combination is making me loopy.I’m not a big fan of feeling like this with two little ones to take care of so we’ll see how a smaller dosage goes during the day when I’m not tired. I’ll update again.

Game Changer For Anxiety!
I love these! So glad my therapist recommended them along with my medication. I take two every morning and I notice a drastic difference in my overall attitude and the way I carry myself throughout my busy days working in healthcare. I have skipped a day here and there between doses and the difference in the way I felt mentally was absolutely noticeable. These may not work for everyone but the few people I’ve gotten to try them have all had positive feedback about this product! I love that it’s available not only online but in most grocery stores! It’s worth the higher price point for supplements, do yourself a favor and try these! If you have a hard time swallowing pills these go down quite easy and don’t have any kind of weird/bad taste! I also recommend the gummy version but the capsules are better in my opinion. They’re worth trying 100%

Works good not for everyday use!
I bought these for my 9 yr old to help with his anxiety as an over the counter product instead of prescription. He says they don’t taste bad and are super easy to swallow. They seem to help, but I was trying to give them to him daily and after about a week they stopped having effects. So I gave them to him only when he was feeling anxious and they seemed to work much better! I took them myself, and they put my mind at ease and made me feel relaxed (but not drugged) 🙂
