just started taking these daily multivitamins, they are the most affordable, most compact(nutrient dense/size) the flavor is on point! and it will give you a variety of plant based sourced vitamins and minerals. im excited to continue these as it is a 6 month supply, there is 180 pills and that averages out to.13 cents per dose! to shorten this as a vegan i am super excited and happy with my purchase. i will check back when i have finished my 6 month suppy to see if there are any changes in my energy mood or bodily functions.

Good deal and quantity, works okay and has helped me recover from the dizziness I was experiencing prior. After two weeks of taking it I feel much better and have increased energy levels overall. Easy enough to swallow , especially for that price.

We have our whole family on these. They do not cause any unpleasant flavor after taking them nor cause any tummy upset. They also seem to give a good, stable energy boost. Main bugaboo, the FOLIC ACID. Would prefer folate or methylfolate.

I’m hooked for life!The only downside for some may be the large football size of the pills. I have no problem swallowing them. If you’re not a big pill person—-No worries ! This is a hard pill, not a capsule which is fine with me as it’s easy to swallow. It is also GMO free and I always look for that. The biggest plus is it contains the K2 that many multivitamins do not have but is really important, especially for women.
